📋 Step-by-Step Guide — How to Use This Tool

Export Your Bank Statement

Log into your bank's online portal and download your statement as CSV or Excel. HBL: Online Banking → Accounts → Statements → Export. Emirates NBD: Account Activity → Export. Barclays: Statements → Download CSV.

Upload Your File

Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV or Excel file. The system reads your file instantly. Your data stays in your browser until you submit.

Tell Us About Your Business

Select your business type. A school sees “Fee Income”, an NGO sees “Grant Funding”, a trader sees “Sales Revenue”. Enter your business name, period, and email.

Map Your Columns

Tell us which column contains Date, Description, Credit (money in), and Debit (money out). The system tries to detect these automatically — just confirm or correct them.

Review Every Transaction

Each transaction shows with a suggested category. Green = confirmed automatically. Orange = suggested, click to confirm. Red = you pick the category from the dropdown. Takes 5–10 minutes for most statements.

Click “Generate Report”

Once you are happy with the categorisation, click Generate Report. You will be asked to select your report option and confirm your details.

Choose your preferred delivery option, enter your email (name is auto-filled), and confirm via WhatsApp if you prefer. Complete payment via PayPal.

Receive Your Signed Report

Waqar Ahmed personally reviews your categorisations and delivers your professional Income & Expense Statement to your email within the timeframe you selected.
